He had undergone 2 prior pectoral augmentations that had failed and left him with an uneven chest and unsightly scars. Dr. Shifrin performed a revision chest augmentation with silicone pectoral implants through a hidden scar armpit approach.  He also grafted fat to areas of his chest that were distorted from his prior surgeries. He was pleased with his lasting results at 3 months.
