This 45 year old woman had undergone three breast augmentations for recurrent capsular contracture. She was unhappy with her hard breasts and loss of upper chest fullness. We removed her old saline implants replaced them with new silicone gel implants, reformed her breast pockets and supported her new implants internally with the use of a porcine acellular dermal matrix (absorbable mesh) and performed a breast lift. She was extremely pleased with her improved breasts at 4 months after surgery noting no recurrence of her capsular contracture and an improved overall shape.
