This 24 year old woman had undergone two prior implant breast augmentation procedures in Beverly Hills. She presented to us wanting to round out the lower / flat portion of her breasts and increase her implant size. We removed her old implants and replaced them with new silicone gel 650 cc implants below her pectoralis muscles through her original peri-areolar scars. She was pleased with her new breasts at 6 months after surgery.
