This 59 year old woman had undergone a breast augmentation 10 years ago. She presented to us with ptotic (sagging), uneven, displaced breasts. Her left breast also had a capsular contracture (internal scar). We removed her old implants and internal scarring, placed new implants and performed a breast lift (mastopexy). She was very pleased with her breasts.
