This 36 year old woman met with us to discuss a breast augmentation and mastopexy. She wanted fuller, appropriately shaped breasts that fit her body form well. We performed a breast augmentation and breast lift during the same surgery. A circum-vertical J lift was used to reposition her nipples and 350 cc silicone gel implants were placed in the subfascial plane. 2 months after surgery, she was quite pleased with her breast reshaping and increase in cup size from a C to a DD.
