This 36 year old woman desired a return to her pre baby size and shape of her chest. We performed a breast augmentation and breast lift during the same surgery. A periareolar lift was used to reposition her nipples and to place a 325 cc silicone gel implant in the submuscular plane. She was quite pleased with her repositioning and increase in cup size from a B to a D.
