We met with this 49 year old woman to discuss an arm lift or brachioplasty procedure. We performed an extended armlift to help her achieve her goals of a tighter arm and chest wall. She did not like the excess skin that hung over her bra on the side of her chest. We addressed these issue with her procedure and at 3 months after surgery she was very pleased with her results. Her scars were red and raised but expected to flatten and fade over time.
